It is in Belle-Île-en-Mer, in the heart of the ocean, on this wild land with a thousand scents and a thousand flavors that the La Bien Nommée biscuit factory was founded in 1997. At La Bien-Nommée we manufacture handmade in our workshop in Belle-Île-en-Mer: biscuits, caramel creams, Breton cakes. They are made from simple and rigorously selected ingredients: milk from Belle-Île, butter, eggs, flour, sugar and salt, to make cookies just like at home. No additives, no preservatives, no coloring. Meet for a gourmet getaway: it is with pleasure that we will welcome you to the Discovery Space of the biscuit factory to show you around and taste our products for free. This space allows you to be at the heart of our production workshop thanks to two glazed spaces overlooking the manufacture of our caramel creams.
