Led by Sandrine, asalian nurse and Harriet, dietician. Learn to decipher labels, compare foods, know their composition... to be able to make the right choices. The workshop will take place on the "village square" of the CHBI. Proposed by the MSP of Belle Ile. A small snack will be offered to you at the end of the workshop
