I offer you all year round, yoga, well-being treatments, instrumental vibration concert and mantra singing, raga in my chalet in Herlin. In good weather, yoga classes are held under the pine trees. Practicing yoga will bring you inner calm, a return to your self, harmony of your body and mind. Hatha yoga, yoga of balance, prânâyâma. Accessible to all beginners and experts. Materials provided. Tuesday 6 p.m., Wednesday 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Thursday 6 p.m.; more dates in season. Possibility of creating a group course on demand. Possibility of individual lessons. I offer you well-being treatments, different massage techniques (intuitive, Californian, Balinese accompanied by organic labeled oil, supplemented by unitary reiki and instrumental vibration, therapeutic tuning fork, crystal bowl, Tibetan bowl, gong, voice. ...). Harmonization, awakening of your chakras, of your energy centers. I adapt to your needs. I offer you a concert of instrumental vibrations, massage by the vibration of different instruments, sound travel, this provides great relaxation. Concert lying comfortably on a mat. Come with family, friends, couples, alone... I offer mantra and raga singing. Collective mantra and raga singing session, accompanied by my Indian harmonium. This practice brings you release of your throat and heart chakra. A relaxation of your body and mind through the repetition of mantras and ragas, an inner break to naturally experience a meditative state. The sessions take place at my home in Tara's house, sitting on a cushion or chair. The duration is one hour. Come with family, friends, couples, alone...
