The house is located in Herlin, on the edge of the moor at the entrance to the village, in a fenced garden of 1,400 m² surrounded by hedges, at the end of a 50 m private access road, set back from the road leading to the beaches of Herlin and Baluden as well as the coastal paths. Herlin is a village located in the south-central part of the island, 800 meters from the beaches of Herlin and Baluden and 6 km from 'Le Palais' which is the arrival port and shopping center. Configuration of the house and equipment The house has a ground floor and an upper floor.
