Surrounded by a garden protected by hedges, it has a private parking space n°11. It is located at a place called ROSBOSCER, just over 1 km from Le Palais (main municipality of the island and port of arrival of the boat) in a small quiet subdivision. It is possible to walk down to Le Palais for the daily market and small shops. A supermarket is about 600m from the subdivision, as well as a bus stop (Belle Ile Bus) 200m away. The house, very bright, is exposed East-West. The garden table can be moved to either side of the house depending on the position of the sun. You will find on the ground floor: ✓ A living room, a dining area and open kitchen ✓ A bedroom with a double bed (140x200) ✓ A small bathroom with shower and WC Upstairs: ✓ A bedroom with a double bed (140x200) ✓ A children's bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200) ✓ A small bathroom with shower Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. Nevertheless, it is advisable to bring: fitted sheets, duvet covers or sheets and pillowcases. Animals are not allowed. The house is non-smoking. End of stay cleaning is your responsibility. Nevertheless, on your request, we can request an external intervention for an additional 60€ - Notify us in advance.
