In the quiet hamlet of Borgrouaguer, 1.4 km from the beach and the port of Le Palais, La Minoterie with our 2 guest rooms and our 2800 m² park, shaded by magnificent trees, welcome you warmly. Hearty breakfast. Independent access, garden equipped with deck chairs, garden furniture. Studio (or bedroom): 13 m2 with 2 or 3 single beds (on request). Possibility of preparing meals. Separate shower and toilet (shared with the other room), outside the rooms (2 m from the rooms) The house is in the immediate vicinity of the only cycle path which leads to Le Palais. By bike, you can travel around to visit the centers of interest, the beaches, the wild coves thanks to the routes on secondary roads or operating paths away from the two main traffic axes of the island... . (80 km of recommended routes and 6 loop circuits). Characteristics of the studio (or room): - Rental: 2 nights minimum except July and August (3 nights minimum) - Non-smoking rooms / pets not accepted. - Internet connection included - Bed and bathroom linen provided. - Arrival time: 4 p.m. (possibility of dropping off luggage earlier by notifying us). - Time to vacate the premises: 10 a.m. - Breakfast between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. (other times on request). - At your disposal: tray with a kettle, cups, small spoons, tea, coffee, sugar, 1 tea towel + refrigerator + small household appliances + crockery.
