This terraced house, completely renovated, comfortable and rented for 4 people will be your ideal base for a stay relaxing while forgetting time and time... Ideally located, you can walk to the port of Sauzon and its amenities (shops, restaurants and walks) in 10 minutes by the alleys or by the Belle Iloise moor on the beaches of Bordery, Deubord or Port Puce… For nature lovers, the coastal paths challenge you (direct access from the house). For sports enthusiasts on vacation: kayaking, scuba diving, surfing/paddle (by the ridge that crosses the island from the house: Donnant beach), fishing boats or the superb course of the Golf des Poulains await you not long from your future vacation spot… 5 minutes by car (20 minutes on foot): the mythical Poulains lighthouse (a must on Belle Isle) where, like Sarah Bernhardt, you can admire the sunset over the ocean. For the practical side, in this house of 90 m2, you have two bedrooms including a sea view, a bathroom, a laundry room, two separate toilets (including one upstairs), Wifi TV, a kitchen open (fully equipped) and a living room with the living room, which, through the large open bay, gives you access to the garden / terrace with a panoramic view of the bay of Quiberon. The sun is not left out because a second terrace (fully equipped: table chairs, deckchairs, barbecue) awaits you for outdoor meals. With these two terraces including a sea view, its private car park and a fully enclosed outdoor space, linens, towels and sheets provided (once during the stay - beach towels not included) you will find in this place, I think, the tranquility and ease that will make you disconnect..
