It is with a smile and great pleasure that I await you on our aptly named: Belle Isle en mer and especially in Sauzon... This fully renovated, comfortable semi-detached house, rented for 4 people, will be your ideal base for a relaxing stay, forgetting time and the hour... Ideally located, you can reach the port of Sauzon and its amenities (shops, restaurants and walks) in 10 minutes on foot via the alleys or via the moorland of Belle Iloise on the beaches of Bordery, Deubord or Port Puce... For nature lovers, the coastal paths challenge you (direct access from the house). For sports enthusiasts on holiday: kayaking, scuba diving, surfing/paddle boarding (via the ridge that crosses the island from the house: Donnant beach), fishing boats or the superb Golf des Poulains course await you not far from your future holiday destination... 5 minutes by car (20 minutes on foot): the legendary Poulains lighthouse (a must-see on Belle Isle) where, like Sarah Bernhardt, you can admire the sunset over the ocean. For the practical side of life, in this 90 m2 house, you have two bedrooms, one with a sea view, a bathroom, a laundry room, two separate toilets (one upstairs), Wi-Fi TV, an open kitchen (fully equipped) and a living room with the lounge, which, through the large open bay window, gives you access to the garden/terrace with a panoramic view of Quiberon Bay. The sun is not left out because a second terrace (fully equipped: table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue) awaits you for outdoor meals. With these two terraces, one with a sea view, its private parking and a fully enclosed outdoor space, household linen, towels and sheets provided (once during the stay - beach towels not included) you will find in this place, I think, the tranquility and ease that will make you disconnect. Rental all year round: off-season minimum 2 nights. High season 7 nights minimum.
