This house includes: On the ground floor: - A kitchen (12 m²) equipped with a mini oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a four-burner gas hob, a table, a bench and two chairs, a washing machine. - A living room (11 m²) with a sofa, a sideboard and coffee tables. - A bathroom (5 m²) with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC Upstairs: - A bedroom (15 m²) with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a buffet, an armchair and a bearing. An enclosed garden of 100 m² with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. Non-smoking rental. For the months of July and August, the minimum length of stay is seven nights. Sheets and towels are provided. Cleaning must be done at the end of the stay or fixed price of 70 €. Pets are not accepted.
