Our vacation rental is designed to accommodate 1 to 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) and facing south with a beautiful open view of a large park. On the ground floor: Living room with fully equipped kitchen (induction, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher) with direct access to the terrace and the garden - 1 bathroom with shower and separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with large 160 cm bed - 1 small bedroom with 1 single bed - 1 WC. The house "Baluden" is part of a hamlet of 8 holiday rental houses (capacity from 1 to 8 people), located in the village of Kerdavid, in the commune of Locmaria, south of Belle-île-en-mer . It is a new, bright and functional house. Each house has its terrace with garden and garden furniture, barbecue and private parking. Baby equipment on request. Children will be able to enjoy a large park attached to the houses to play freely. 100 meters away, a farm offers fresh products all year round. Kerdavid is a village appreciated by visitors: calm and authenticity! Grands sables beach is 2 km from the houses, a large white sand beach ideal for walking, swimming and sailing with its nautical center. Bakery, supermarket and press in the town of Locmaria 3 minutes by car. We strongly advise our visitors to have transportation. Here, everything is there to have a pleasant stay and disconnect from everyday life! July and August: 10 nights minimum School holidays: 5 nights minimum Off season: 3 nights minimum Prices include: accommodation, linens (sheets and towels), water and electricity, end-of-stay cleaning.
