This accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 people or two couples of friends. The house has its private garden with a south-west facing terrace. It is adjoining its twin house "La Biche" and separated from the latter by a large hedge. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (induction, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and dishwasher) open to the living room with direct access to the garden, a separate toilet and an equipped bathroom a shower and a washing machine. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 140 cm bed / one bedroom with two 90 cm single beds) and a toilet with hand basin. Free parking and baby equipment on request. Minimum stay of 3 nights (excluding school holidays) and 10 nights in summer. Arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m., flexibility on these times in the event that the house is free the day before or not re-rented the same day. At the time of booking a deposit of 20% of the rental amount is requested, the balance will be paid 8 days before arrival and on site in the case of payment in cash or holiday vouchers. For reasons of hygiene and respect for other tenants, the introduction of a pet into the rental is not authorized. Prices include: accommodation, household linen (sheets and towels), water and electricity, end-of-stay cleaning. On request: hiking trip or “Liberté en Zoé” pack (accommodation + Zoé car available), excluding school holidays and public holiday weekends, for 1 to 4 people.
