Plage de Port Fouquet

Beach in Le Palais
  • Deep and wide cove, open to the northeast, well sheltered from other windy sectors, it enjoys good sunshine all day. The gray sand beach is very flat and without specific dangers. In the rock on the right, the traces of the carts which were used to unload the granite intended for the construction of the Citadel or the Grand Phare are still visible, especially at low tide.
