Evening in 2 parts: From 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. evening around a table "Tapas-Concert" From 10 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. standing concert. “Delicatessen” is the name of these food stores found in the Balkans, sometimes in France or New York. Enter a “Delicatessen” and you will find specialties from far away, generally from the East or the Orient, as well as sellers delighted to make you taste everything and introduce you to their succulent specialties! For this evening, we invite you to musical and culinary journeys which find their origins through the different encounters and the different journeys resulting from the trade routes and towns between the East and the West (Odessa, kyiv, Bukovina, Vilnius, Krakow, to New York…). These meetings also sparked artistic and creative ideas and are found in gypsy music, gypsy jazz, klezmer music and even oriental music.
