The Conservatoire des Curiosités has just completed the restoration of the famous "Motorized Nativity Scene", a true masterpiece of art brut cobbled together by a former fanciful street vendor named Raoul Huet. In the 1950s and for decades, his very unique version of the nativity crisscrossed the country roads aboard an old delivery van. This iconoclastic poet opened the doors of the imagination by presenting his automatic puppets more than a thousand times in village squares. Today, former spectators of the "Motorized Nativity Scene" have come together in an association to revive this heritage and stir up minds once again. In a clever tinkering with our imagination and our collective memory, the "Motorized Nativity Scene" borrows the paths of tinkering, poetry, and jubilation. A spectacle full of humanity between pork bacon, a whistling fox, and three wise men in tin cans. From 5 years old.
